Delete your data

The Punchbook Pickup app doesn’t use accounts, so there is no account to close. You can remove the data on your phone yourself, and ask us to delete the data we hold about your orders.

1. Data on your phone

The app saves your name, mobile number and recent orders on your device. To remove them, uninstall the app, or go to Settings → Apps → Punchbook Pickup → Storage → Clear storage.

2. Data held by Punchbook

To delete the order details we hold about you, email abdullah.farouk@punchbook.online with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:

the mobile number you used when ordering; and
if you have them, one or more order codes (they start with PB-).

We may contact you on that number to confirm the request is yours. We’ll complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

Your name, mobile number and notes attached to your orders.

What we may keep, and for how long

Records of a completed payment (order code, amount, date, restaurant and payment reference, without your name or number) may be kept for up to 7 years where we need them for accounting, tax, refund or fraud-prevention obligations. Participating restaurants may also hold their own records of orders they fulfilled.
