Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of punchbook.online and Punchbook-powered restaurant ordering and payment experiences operated by PUNCHBOOK (PVT) LTD (“Punchbook”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using Punchbook, you agree to these Terms.
Using Punchbook
You may use Punchbook only for lawful purposes and to place genuine orders with participating restaurants and cafés. You are responsible for providing accurate information during ordering and checkout.
Restaurant menus, prices and availability
Menu items, descriptions, prices, service charges, taxes and availability are provided by or on behalf of participating merchants and may change without notice. An item shown online may become unavailable before the restaurant accepts or fulfils the order.
Orders
Submitting an order through Punchbook is a request to purchase the selected items from the participating merchant. The restaurant may reject or cancel an order because of availability, pricing errors, operational issues, suspected fraud or other reasonable causes.
Payments
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise the total amount shown at checkout to be charged to your selected payment method. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayHere and other payment partners.
Punchbook does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available. A payment may be declined, delayed or reversed by your bank, payment provider or the participating merchant.
Order fulfilment and estimated times
Preparation and service times shown in Punchbook are estimates only. Actual fulfilment time may vary depending on the restaurant, order size, demand, kitchen capacity and other factors.
Participating restaurants are responsible for preparing and serving the food and beverages ordered from them, including the quality, ingredients, allergen information and availability of those items.
Allergies and dietary requirements
If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, you should confirm it directly with the restaurant before ordering. Information displayed in Punchbook should not be treated as a substitute for confirmation from the merchant.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and may also depend on the participating restaurant’s fulfilment status and the payment provider’s processing rules.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Punchbook, attempt to interfere with its operation, access systems without authorisation, submit fraudulent orders or payments, or use the service in a way that could harm Punchbook, a participating merchant or another person.
Intellectual property
The Punchbook name, software, interface, branding and original content are owned by PUNCHBOOK (PVT) LTD or its licensors. Restaurant names, logos, menu content and other merchant materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Service availability
We aim to keep Punchbook available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Punchbook will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with the latest update date.
